BSNL Online Bill Payment Portal Registration / Payment Process for Landline, Broadband and FTTH PostPaid bills

State run Telecom Operator Bharat Sanchar Nigham Limited (BSNL) has facilitate the subscribers with BSNL Online Bill Payment Portal for payment of Landline/Broadband, FTTH(Fibre to the Home) and DID Connections Postpaid bills.

 

BSNL Online Payment Portal is the easiest, and most convenient way for payment of bills for Landline (includes Broadband) & FTTH Connections, and the process is so simple to pay the bills of BSNL Landline / Broadband and BSNL FTTH(Fibre to the Home) postpaid connections.

 

BSNL believes in providing the customers with world-class telecom services and committed to greater customer satisfaction, In a view to make it easier for General/Corporate customers to view and pay their BSNL telephone bills online, through BSNL Online Bill Payment Portal.

 

Presently BSNL Customers can view and pay their all postpaid bills of BSNL Landline, FTTH(Fibre to the Home), DID, Cellone, CDMA, WiMax, bills online by the payment gateway which facilitates the transfer of information between a payment portal (such as a website) and the front end processor or acquiring bank. When a customer submits from a payment gateway-enabled, the payment gateway performs a variety of tasks to process the transaction with out any delay to facilitate the customer.

Registration Process through Online Bill Payment Portal

General customers of BSNL as well as the Corporate Customers can access the PostPaid bill payment services by following three simple steps, namely

1. Register.

2. Add a Phone Number (Account).

3. View and Pay Bills Online.

� BSNL Customers have to provide some personal information such as your Name, Contact address and Email through Sign Up(New Registration) to BSNL Online Bill Payment Portal.

� After successful registration by submitting the personal details, user can add the phone number(account), for which customer want to view and pay the outstanding bills online.

� First, the user need to select a circle/state. Example: if the customer belongs to "Karnataka" circle, need to select respective circle from the DropDownBox.

� Select SSA(District)/STD

� Select Phone Number With Out STD Code

� Enter Account Number(View Account Number in BSNL Bill).

� then click on Submit.

Customer can add multiple phone numbers in any circle across country to their login account and also the user has an option of deleting them if they don't need that accounts. The outstanding bills for the phone account(s) added are made available within 24 hours to View and Pay Bills Online.

BSNL Bill Payment Process through Online Portal

� Login into the BSNL Online Portal payment account for Landline/Broadband and FTTH bills.

� Enter the Username and Password.

� List of accounts with Phone Number, Bill Number, Amount, Due Date, Due In, Status, and Pay Now(highlighted if oustanding) options will be displayed.

� Select the Circle if necessary.

� Click on Individual Bills / Corporate/DID Bills

� Click on Pay Now, then the payment options will be displayed for online payment.

� Please select the Payment options

1. Credit cards / Debit cards / Internet banking / Cash cards

2. TRUST Cash Card

Then the customer has login into the payment gateway for authorizing payment, on successful completion of payment of bill in the Internet Banking System (or) through Credit Card/Debit Card(ezeClick by American Express, Visa /MasterCard, American Express), user is re-directed to Portal to view the 'Digital Receipt' for Bill paid.

 

BSNL has allowed the customers to pay the Individual Bills(Landline/Broadband), FTTH Bills, Corporate Bills, DID Bills with out login to their account by just submitting the Phone Number, Account No, Mobile Number, E-mail address through Quick Pay.

 

Customers of all the BSNL Circles(Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Haryana, Punjab, UP(West), UP(East), Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan,Kolkata, Orissa, Bihar, West Bengal, Adman Nicobar, Assam, Jharkhand, North East) can avail this bill payment facility through the BSNL portal.
